Maralit Family owns a lot of property in different places, one of these is the Base View Homes located along the highway in Banay-Banay Lipa City. Their sprawling subdivision and started a restaurant business. It was year 1996 when Club Victorina was established which named after their parents Victor and Marcelina. This establishment is under Victorina Corporation.
The Business started to operate on November 1996. At first, Club Victorina is exclusive for home owners and lot owners but they decided to open it to the public. Their business continued to grown rapidly and recognized by diffrent places not only here in Batangas, but also outside the province.
